Returned from Chicago
stayed on Mighigan Ave at the Congress Hotel (nice place but old)
hotel was non smoking including the bar
found no cigar shops
heard of one, but was unable to find it
had to go across the street from the hotel to a park to smoke a cigar
was hasled by 3 women smoking cigarettes about my cigar (it was cuban)
