Cool Hi from the DFW Metroplex, Texas

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to introduce myself. I am Vance, live in Irving Texas. We have been living here for about 14 years (before moving here we lived about an hour North West of New Orleans in a very small town). There I was a paramedic and worked either 48 or 72 hour shifts.

When we moved here I went to work for Delta Airlines at DFW airport and was there until I became disabled due to illness a few years ago.

Now I spend my days either watching movies, listening to music, napping or going to the doctors office (or a combo of them all) and of course smoking a cigar a couple or three times a day . But it's not fun being sick all the time. I would much rather be at the job I loved. I couldn't wait to wake up the next morning and go to work. Oh well......

My wife (we have been married about 17 years) works at a large hospital system in the area and has a great job. As we all know social security disability doesn't pay much. She works very long hours and has a stressful job. She is over about 50+ people and 3 deparments at 2 different hospitals.

Cigar wise, I like med to robust in flavor, don't care for the very very mild ones that much. I like anything from a very short smoke to a lonsdale size. I mostly smoke alone on my little back patio.

Don't have that many friends anylonger to smoke with, they all jumped ship when I got sick. Sice then I have lost touch with all most all of them.

Sorry, didn't mean to make this a life story.

Vance
