i may be wrong but i think you can go to cuba,how ever how easy that is i dont know i think you have to go fly to jamaica or canada and fly in from there cost wise from the uk it's around $1500 2 weeks AI.it's fairly cheap in cuba you can pick up hoyo's and h.upman mareva sized cigars for 3 bucks apeice.i've been to havana, varadero and guardalvacca.havana is awesome buddy worth the trip alone
