What do you think about the new cigar tax US sentate is voting on to expand the state health insurance program?

It is apparently supposed to provided $35B in additional funding at the expense of is cigar lovers. Here is a link to the legislation page, Retail Tobacco Dealers of America .

i do not like this idea because the funding will come from cigar and other tobacco smokers which i think is b.s . smokers pay more then their fair share of taxes. not to mention all the other restrictions
